Abstract

Unlike television, where the role of the viewer is limited by channel changing, the Internet allows to demonstrate your own will, to ask questions and get answers, to express your opinion and, on the whole, to self-actualize. It is the conversational nature of the Internet that gave rise to the most common forms of the Internet addiction: surfing, cybersex and cybercommunication.
