Аннотация

Цель исследования – рассмотрение архитектурно-художественных, конструктивных и функциональных особенностей благотворительных учреждений на примере Дома трудолюбия им. П.Р. Максимова, особенностей творческого метода его архитектора Николая Матвеевича Соколова. Основой метода исследования послужил исторический анализ объекта Дома трудолюбия П.Р. Максимова, архивные и натурные обследования, фотофиксация объекта. В статье вводятся новые фактологические данные, систематизирована информация о творческом наследии архитектора Н.М. Соколова.
